Each spring USCCB Publishing produces a

Membership Photo Directory

of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. It has head shots of every bishop;

biographical citations that in many cases include addresses, e-mail, and phone

and fax numbers; a list of bishops by seniority; an alphabetical listing that

includes each bishop’s committee memberships; an alphabetical listing by

diocese; breakdown by region; and lists of all USCCB committees with their

current chairmen, members, consultants and staff. The 2007 directory costs

The

Directory of Catholic Communications Personnel

, published yearly

by the USCCB Department of Communications, gives names and contact

information for all U.S. diocesan and state Catholic conference communi-

cations directors, for USCCB and other national Catholic communications

offices, and for key personnel in a number of other Catholic media offices,

including some main Canadian and international offices. It is distributed free

to journalists covering USCCB meetings. Contact the USCCB Office of Media

The

Directory of Lay Movements, Organizations and Professional

Associations 2007-2009

is published by the USCCB Secretariat of Laity,

Marriage, Family Life and Youth. It lists more than 100 such national

Catholic groups with a brief description of each, names of leaders, phone

numbers, mail and e-mail addresses, and Web sites. Contact the secretariat at

The

CARA

Catholic Ministry Formation Directory

gives detailed contact

and program information on U.S. Catholic institutions and programs that pro-

vide formation for the priesthood, for the permanent diaconate or for certified

lay ministry. It is published every other year by CARA. The 2007 directory
